Yes, but Bama is at #3 not #13...he also acknowdged their strengths mitigating QB questions marks but failed to mention LSU RB stable, O-Line, Secondary..

Unfortunately, we are not at Bama's level anymore.

That's just the way it is.

Ppl were pissed that Harris didn't start last year. He was a true freshman. You f that up, you f up his next 3 yrs. (Ex. Jj)

Harris will win the job. He's now won the team support. He's a better talent, that's obvious. And he's not a theif.

That's because those other strengths can actually mitigate what those schools have typically had to deal with when they trot out a new QB.

Those strengths can't necessarily mitigate a complete QB shitting of the bed like LSU has been prone to do when trotting out new starting QBs.

I mean shite, Jennings didn't even have to be GOOD last year for LSU to have won 10-11 games.

All he had to be was not 100% incompetent. The reality is, if Bama, Oregon or any of those other schools get the WORST QB PLAY they've had in a decade, it will still be LOADS better than what we got last year.

So, you're comparing apples to tigers.

Except there are more issues to address besides QB.

LSU doesn't have issues/unknowns other than QB?

Um. DE? Linebacker?

Let's not pretend that LSU has known quantities at 21 positions while these other schools are basket cases.

I mean, cmon.

Kind of hard to when he's one of the lowest rated QBs in all of college football.

Jennings and Quinn both deserve blame for the Alabama game.

Harris and Chark should get a chance to fail because Jennings and Quinn failed against bama.

Try John Chavis.

Obviously Harris has to be your guy. Maybe even McMillian is forced to backup Harris and possibly not get his redshirt. Both Harris and McMillian show out and what becomes of AJ.

Maybe Bama being 12-2 last year has something to do with the PRESEASON Ranking...which means nothing. Any competent outside observer realizes the LSU QB position could be a problem as all of the rant does.

DE, yes.

Linebacker, no. Unless we are talking depth.

One could make the argument that his ancestors were stolen from Africa, thus making him stolen property.

But don't quote me on this, I'm just a small town pizza lawyer.

Harris will start but will be on a short leash which will not be fair to him since Jennings stunk every game and les refused to pull him. All we can hope for is that once les makes up his mind is that he usually sticks with his guy , hopefully he give harris an honest shot
