Trent's not going down with the ship 
Even though a change is necessary I still don't like the timing of it happening now.
3rd year in a row his names been linked to some other lesser job so that tells you how much he wants to be here.

Theres plenty of other names that you have to make them say no before you get to this point but I think worst case scenario we end up with Scott Drew which I for one can live with. At least we will be getting some athletes again.

He's going to get another bump in salary as soon as someone tries to hire him away. Not to mention his "recruiting style" won't mesh with Alleva, doubt he'd even be considered.
