Thanks, but it's booked now.

Hmm...that doesn't surprise me. All because of Gump Day. I'd call every hotel in Tuscaloosa, Northport, and if all else fails, stay on the West side of Birmingham. That's not that far away, unless you're drunk.

Where are you staying? I've tried 5 hotels and they are all booked.

We are staying at the Hotel Capstone-- I made the reservations back in November.

Damn, now that's a convenient hotel room. It's also a little pricey but well worth it if you can actually get a room there. Good job.

So, are we partying with you then?

If there isn't anything left IN Tuscaloosa, try Northport, Cottondale and if those don't work, try the West side of Birmingham. I've stayed in Bessemer before for a football game. It's not too terribly far away.

It's kinda of a hassle..but Hoover/Birmingham are about it.

I've stayed in Meridian the Friday night before the football game...but yeah for baseball..not staying 30 miles+ plus would be more clutch.

Back probably ten years ago went to a Series over there....Prom Night in Tuscaloosa is not easy to find a HOtel either.

Actually, it should be their largest home crowd of the year as its a 7pm first pitch after a mid day spring game.

Yeah, I agree. I'm sure getting swept by Ole Piss this weekend hurt their numbers but b/c there is football that day, more will show up then usual. I'm hoping for a large contingent of Tiger Fans to be there, considering we are cheering on the #1 Baseball Team in the Country. Well, that and I'd like to whoop Bama's arse in something.

I'm in. Making my first baseball road trip (other than Hoover & Omaha). Purchased $5 grandstand tickets, which shows the apathy of the Gumps.

LSURussian - try Microtel at Cottondale. They had availability last week. I canceled a room there when I "upgraded" to LaQuinta on McFarland. I booked the last room at LaQuinta.

good luck to anyone going saturday. the tards will be out in full force for a-day. might try to make it over on sun.

Just tailgate and hang out over by the baseball field. It's a good distance from the football stadium and all the tards in our fanbase have no idea where it is Enjoy yall's sweep, I'll be hoping we can salvage one game
