What happened? He looked like a stud early on in the season but now just looks lost out there.
His tackle "attempt" in the first quarter alone should earn him a spot on the bench.

The last 2 games he has played terrible for sure. He needs to have a good game in 2 weeks.

You should get benched for getting faked out! That guy made a good move...yeh I yelled wtf was that but when I saw it in slow motion he set him up to fake him out.
Now some of the coverages are a bit concerning but I just can't tell who is to blame each time. I see players pointing at each other but I will trust the coaches are playing the right guys.

He's a run stopping safety and we have played two teams that utilize "middle

Always been a Jordan Jefferson hater so it was easy to hate on Ricky but he proved me wrong. With that being said he hasn't played well the last two games.

I think you have missed a few games...he has been lost for most of the year in pass coverage.....and while he used to be super in run support....there's issues with that too now......I think your last statement is fitting...for right now....

Do you have a link to the play? Him getting "faked out" is not what I saw. I was in the stadium and saw him run up to make the play then just stop and watch the guy run right by him giving ZERO effort to make a tackle. I'm not saying you're wrong, just telling you what I saw.

Thompson blew out his knee late in 2013, missed all of last yr and has been working his way back in to the rotation this year.
but Thompson was never all that good in coverage IMO even early in his career. solid when he stayed over the top and good in run support though.

Are we talking about the same play? I am talking about the one they broke for about 30 yds and beckwith tackled him at the 2yd line. On that play the RB did a stutter step...he set him up pretty good. Sometimes you have to tip your hag to the back. If it's the same play I am not going to bench him for that.
