I shot an email to 360 asking why the game is not available when it cannot be seen here. So far no reply.

FYI I am in Houston.

Dish network

so anywhere that has dish is considered a "cst market"? Isn't that everywhere?

just read this on espn3 FAQ

LINK

Why is an event blacked out?
This is because the event that you requested is not available on ESPN3.com in your market. Blackouts apply to broadcasts that have been sold regionally or locally per league, conference and local rights holder agreements. Regional and local rights holders are usually broadcast stations or regional sports networks. Blackouts are implemented to protect the primary rights holder, as defined by the professional and college sports leagues or teams in a given market

Apparently you have to purchase rights for stream from the NCAA. This is per an email I received from CST yesterday.

I just got off of the phone with ESPN. The guy had no solid reason why he just kept apologizing and saying its due to the markets.

Same problem here. I'm in Louisiana, not in a Cox market, and it is blacked out.

Sucks! I am in BR now but will be in San Antonio for the rest of the Regional. I am 99% sure there is no CST there and I am bummed.

you should contact somewhere there and have them get on espn3 and see if it is blacked out there........I am thinking it is but it wouldn't hurt to try.
