This is the reality of being a college football HC. Les Miles is here to make as much money as he can for he and his family. If he is no longer producing the results then he has to go. It is as simple as this. He hasn't accomplished jack shite since 1-9-12.
I for one am deeply dissatisfied with the direction of the LSU football program. Les Miles has done nothing to convince me that this team while under his direction will accomplish any of the desired goals such as win the SECw, Play for the SEC championship and position themselves for the play off. I do not see any of these three goals being accomplished. The bottom line is that there are several other teams who are now better than LSU. We are not able to compete for our goals anymore.
Change is needed.

Players are typically closer to the coach that spent years recruiting them so obviously they will remain loyal to Saban. That isn't hard to understand.
And my comment about your 300,000 posts is relevant. You have no idea what kind of person Les Miles is. I take the words of the countless players and people in the football world over the comments you state as fact. They aren't fact because you don't know the man whatsoever.

well it diminishes any point you were trying to make above, b/c les obviously recruited the guys on the roster now
so it's about who recruited guys, not if the guy is an a-hole or not. how players see you isn't determinative of your quality of person

The best thing Miles has done is totally negated the rabid emotion I had for LSU football. It's nice not really caring about losses anymore and just watching for the hell of it.
