I am chilge1. My support for Miles is conditional on his being the head football coach at Louisiana State University. My standards are to be, at minimum, on the same level as the best teams in the country. I have already identified who I am and I consider myself to be a sunshine pumper because I love my alma mater.

Although i think a change may be needed im going to let the season play out because believe it or not 9-2 isnt a program collapsing and isnt an embarrassment like so many think.and yes 9-2 i something to build on with so much coming back next year.

If go 7-4 its probably time for a change since it will be the first recruiting cycle not to play for a title under miles and 7-4 would be worst season hes had and be a big trend down.

But mainly im a pumper because i dont act like under miles we have never been good. I dont make talking point statements that hold little water just to discredit past success. Thats what gets the most after a loss...miles be be losing this team, he may be hard headed and piss us all off, but to act like since hes been here we have been miserable and every single year we are worst than before just isnt true. Its been a roller coaster.
I just know this...if you told me going into 2005 you could gurantee me a national champio ship, an nc appearance, 2 sec titles, another sec title game appearance, the best regular season in cfb history, and winningist coach in lsu history i would take that thinking i was making deal for a lifetime, not 11 years..outside of a few schools thats incredible amd anyone would take that.
If miles isn't getting the job done then he needs to go...but sitting at 7-2 demanding he be fired i just can't do. Next year is year thags been circled as the year with no excuses and if he goes 9-2 then hes more than earned next year without his head being called for...and even if he wins another game he definitely doesnt deserve so many claiming wr havr always sucked and have never liked him cause he cant coach he just out talents people..weird..who gets tjat talent?
