Catching the fourth quarter. Nice to watch knowing the outcome and knowing I won’t have to see that House defense again.

Wisky had the ball on our 35, up 3 with seven minutes left. With our defense, I sure thought we were toast.

And man, that gold-purple-gold looked great.

I still get nervous watching replays of the games we won last year. That defense makes me sit on one cheek then the other even watching the replays.

Good to see the D finally step up

Hoping for a lot more of that this season

Agreed, but we play worse in that combo than most of the other ones. There's no other reason LSU and Wisconsin should have even been close.

I had forgotten exactly how the game ended and found myself thinking how the hell did we win this game?

If you want a bitter taste about Houses defense, start watching the Ole Miss game with about 9 minutes to go in the 4th with LSU up by 9.

or just watch the 1st half in the Grambling game.

Don’t think I can bring myself to do that. I thought “Man, it’s a two-possession game now. Put this one in the W column.”

Those last 3-4 defensive plays were the best of the season and totally dominate. Hope they can build on that for this year
