I was there. I was a senior in high school, and it was the most consistently loud I can ever remember Tiger Stadium being. I don't think we sat down at halftime.
I was there too. I was a junior at LSU. I remember standing and cheering the Tigers for quite some time after the game ended. Whenever there is a vote for best game attended in Tiger Stadium, I pick this one--not even close.

It rained at the Bama game. The score was 3-0.

The only game I couldn't get a ticket. We snuck in. No doubt the best game in Tiger Staduim in my lifetime.

I was also at the bama game. Not only was it raining but it was cold. Another gutsy perfomance by the Tigers. My favorite part of this game was Tommy Wilcox getting carried off the field twice. Once because he ran into Hookie Gajan.

Best game I saw in 35 years of going to Tiger Stadium as far as atmosphere and I have seen plenty of good ones. TS was unbelievable.

We beat USC at their house in 1984. We have to get another shot soon.

My junior year and we arrived 2 hours before the game and by the time we got into the stadium the student section was full - so they directed us to the aisles of other sections. We sat in the aisle at the top of a section on the other side. But the game was a classic anyway.

John Ed Bradley's book gave me goosebumps recalling that game.

Not to beat a dead horse but I just love to state I was at that game on the sidelines. It was the loudest game I've ever witnessed.

At times it was like standing next to a jet engine.

After the game was nothing like anything I've ever seen in sports. The stadium was still full and chanting "LSU..LSU...LSU" It was the only time in my life that I experienced painful goosebumps.
