I have two sets of tickets in the same account that I acquired at different times. On one set, I have to pay the Tradition Fund. On the other set I have to pay TAF fees.

When I opted out, I opted out for all of my tickets.

I have received a refund for my Tradition Fund tickets, however, I haven’t heard anything about my TAF tickets.

Is anyone else in the same predicament? I’ve been putting off calling the ticket department because I know they’re busy, but I think I might call about this.

I’ve got 4 tradition fund tix that I opted out for this year only and requested a refund. Have not gotten any refund yet. I tried calling last week and was not able to speak with anyone. I guess I’ll try calling again tomorrow. This is aggravating!

Just for the record, I opted out within minutes of getting the original email. I’m guessing that they’re doing it in some sort of chronological order based upon when you opted out.

I waited until close to the deadline. Someone told me they will start billing us for next year in November, sounds like they just don’t want to really have to refund monies.

Did they refund the Tradition Fund charge and the ticket prices?

Yes, less the $100/ticket deposit.

I asked for a refund on my 4 tickets back on August 14th. The gave an additional deadline in Sept also. I called in Sept and the ticket office advised me they would refund me in 6-8 weeks. The ticket office called me to confirm my refund in Sept and said refunds would be distributed sometimes in Oct. Still waiting on my refund.

Our understanding is that the ticket fees are just transferred to next year.

Just to clarify, you haven't received a refund for the ticket value or for the TAF fees or both?

If you just haven't received a refund for the TAF fees, then calling the ticket office isn't going to do you any good.

That was one of the choices. I chose to get a full refund less $100/seat to reserve for next year.

Got someone on the phone today at the ticket office. Miraculously they just started working on refunds today. Said the refunds would be going through next week

You’ll get your refund, then the next day they’ll bill you for the 2021 season.

I think I'm to the point of letting it all go back. Someone else can pay for the privilege to buy the 4 season tickets and parking pass
