Some of the calls were a complete joke. When the tv announcer states that wasn't a foul multiple times during the game you have to just shake your head.

When TQ got 2 fouls in 1 1/2 minutes into the game, I knew it would be a long one.

If you're actually watching the game and have any knowledge, you would have a different perspective. For a MBB commentator to criticize officiating, it's gotta be terrible. And these officials were terrible.

Makes no sense to run zone defense and not trust your experienced guys to avoid their 3rd fouls. The refs were bad but this 1 vs 5 offense won't beat anyone on the road.

I agree, but the refs were easily a 10+pt swing in this game.
LSU still could have won.
Oh well, this is typical of the SEC. If I didn't have to watch my little one at home today, I wouldn't have tuned in. I purposely don't watch many LSU away bball games bc of what you saw today. That was blatant.
My favorite call was the ally hoop/foul on the floor call. That was a thing of blatant WWE beauty.

The refs were terrible (especially that call on Simmons at the end - who calls that??), but LSU had their chances. They have no offensive plan or good plays to call.

It's not an excuse. Ben Simmons drives to the goal. When he gets called for bullshite offensive fouls it completely changes everything. They dictated this game completely
