There is also a precedent for the 1 loss team who didn’t win their division getting beat 31-0 in the seni-finals. If there is one thing that is always true with the cfp is there are no set rules and precedent means nothing.

There are a lot of teams who will finish with records as good as Tennessee. Who did they play over the course of the season. Tennessee beat us soundly. You can’t use that argument to keep us out if we beat the same team that beat Tennessee soundly. That game wasn’t as close as the final score made it seem.
