rebound! rebound! please freakin rebound!

Johnny Jones doesn't know a lick about defense. His teams don't rebound, there is no defensive help from other players. They do not trap and hardly ever see a charge.

If a player is able to drive from the three point line and get a lay up, that should tell you everything you need to know. someone should be shifting and getting in that players lane of travel to take a charge.

He drove to the basket consistently. Teams have the highest fg% against lsu than any other team in the conference. that is a telling stat that this team knows nothing about defense.

I'm happy he can bring some talent in. I'm conflicted on him as a coach. What is better, a guy who can recruit and win us some games or a solid technical coach who can't recruit as well?

I just don't understand why this guy can't hire an assistant and let him coach defense to his team. He's hell bent on showing everyone how he can coach, however, he isn't showing anyone anything other than an ability to recruit.
