We've got the best winning percentage against the SEC since 2000, bar none. National Champions (AP) 2003, 2004. BCS Champions (administratively redacted) 2004

I didn't say/imply that you guys had none nothing in BCS football since 2000, only that it pales in comparison to LSU as the Pac 10 does to the SEC.

Bout that AP stuff, if that was all LSU could get...I would take/claim it as well.

I didn't say you wouldn't and you might win it all. Playing in the Pac 10, you will have a easier path to a NC for sure. I don't think you have a lot of recent BCSNC's you will have to play...right.

Good luck to you guys.

Delusion at it's finest. LSU is tanlented, experienced, and deep. USC has two advantages over LSU QB and wideout, that's it.

This. And LSU has better beaches.

I hereby claim the beaches of the Gulf Coast for USC Trojans.

Wrong.

OL: Massively LSU, not remotely close
QB: USC, based only on experience and conference played in
TE: USC, by a lot
RB: LSU
WR: USC, by a cockhair. LSU has two WRs that are going to shock everyone except those on Tiger Rant. USC's are overrated just like pretty much every other position.

DL: LSU has the nation's best, USC isn't going to be in the top 25.
LB: Both unknown. USC is unproven, as is LSU
CB: Dude, Lsu. Especially when TM7 gets back.
S: Lsu IF Loston is healthy, by a lot. If not, even.

Special Teams: LSU in every facet. Kicking, punting, returns, and return stopping.

I get the distinct impression you don't know jack squat about USC apart from the fact that they don't play in the SEC and that's enough for you.

OL - not close, huh? Okay. You don't know anything about USC's o-line do you? How did the O-line do last year in the NC game? I don't recall much domination.

QB - so a QB who is just starting is only marginally worse than the Heisman favorite because of experience? Okay. So, what you're saying is you have a Heisman favorite QB on your team...he just needs a game or two under his belt to shake out the cobwebs before he collects his trophy.

RB's - USC is predicted to have two 1,000 yard rushers in McNeal (2012 Maxwell Award watch list) and Silas Redd (All Big 10 2nd team.)

WRs by a cockhair? Really? USC has two listed on everyone's All-American 1st team selection as well as both are on the Maxwell Award watch list.

USC's LB aren't unknown.

Hayes Pullard - Freshman All-American (2012 Lombardi watch list)
Dion Bailey - Freshman All-American, Pac 12 Defensive Freshman of the year (2012 Lombardi, Butkus, Bednarik and Bronko Nagurski watch lists)

TM7 is coming back this year?

USC special teams coordinator John Baxter was selected as FootballScoop's 2011 Special Teams Coordinator of the Year. Baxter's special teams unit blocked seven kicks/punts in 2011, good for third nationally.

- USC All-Pac-12 first team placekicker Andre Heidari made 15 of 17 field goal attempts (88%, ranking fifth nationally) and connected on all 50 of his PATs. Heidari was one of only two freshmen in the country to go the season perfect in PAT attempts. USC junior punter Kyle Negrete also had a strong year, averaging 40.1 yards per punt and knocking almost half (19 of 39) inside the 20. His strong directional punting limited opponents to only 10 returns all season.

Furthmore:

Maxwell Award (given to America’s outstanding collegiate football player since 1937) - USC leads the nation with four players on the 2012 watch list.
