Have you played organized ball before. HC is MILES, OC WORKS UNDER HC.

Doesn't matter who the frick is hired unless Miles gives up total control of the Offense and lets the OC run his Offense 100%. (A la Kiffin with Saban)
You'd think or presume that TAF/Power Brokers understand this and would make this a requirement if LM comes back in 2016 and a new OC is hired.................

Wanna run I formation with a drop back pro style passing QB, then recruit drop back pro style passing QB's.
Don't recruit one read Spread QB's and try to make them adapt to your system.
That's just insane, but exactly what ole Leslie is doing.
And he's too stubborn to admit that his way doesn't work against Big Boy football teams and change/adapt.

It just sucks that we'll miss out on a big time QB again if cam leaves. Franks has all but said he and Cam are tied at the hip
