Don't know if already been addressed by someone here but it needs to be used more. Harris looks to be good at it and I think could've changed the game for us against bama. Probably help Harris relax more and settle into game quicker as well.

Harris got nicked, so that took that option off the table. We probably should have operated out of 3 WR more.

Yeah that could've had something to do with it but it's bama and with ole miss losing probably for division title as well got to suck it up. It just didn't seem like we were prepared for what to do if Fournette gets shutdown in normal running game.

No, you don't just "suck it up". That ends seasons for players. And yeah..we had no other options in place, well except throwing it as many times as we rushed it, but hey, let's ignore facts.

We needed to use the option but apparently Harris was too hurt to do it.

No leaving players in games gets them hurt so yes you do "suck it up" or you get out the game. We don't run it enough as it is anyway. But hey let's know nothing about football.

Youd be highly pissed if we lost Harris for a few weeks because of a persistence with the read option. This isn't NCAA 14

It could happen but he could also put up 100 yards and help open some holes for Fournette. The risk reward there in my opinion is worth it. Until he can be accurate across middle you must use all his talents.

He would never finish a game if he did more than 2-3 times. Fragile is the word.

Speaking of option plays, would have been nice to see them try the wildcat formation a few times w/ Guice lined up next to LF and one of the burners coming in motion.

He's more elusive than you think.

In college football you have a couple games that I consider playoff games during the season which can take you out of championship contention. Those are the games where you add the wrinkles and take the chance of possible injury.
