guess that explains the rumor he may opt out/transfer
I know he wasn't going to be a major contributor but I'm concerned about just having bodies on the DL if the injury or covid bug hits.

Honestly he is never going to see the field at DE
With the DE's coming in next year's class and he hasn't made a depth chart move by now, he will get passed up.
The numbers concern me more than anything. They are getting real low and it's hard to get it back up when you have the 25 man signing class limits. It's almost like you are on probation.

If injuries hit the DL we maybe screwed this year. Coach O needs to sign about 8 dlineman this year.

I personally have always been skeptical about Parker... He took forever to commit to LSU and many thought he wasn’t a take due to grades and then he randomly commits unexpectedly in October. Then all analysts said he wouldn’t be able to sign in February due to grades but he unexpectedly did. He is a great talent but seemed to small undersized to be an OT in College but not quite quick enough or a good enough receive to play TE. He then moves to the defensive side and seems to be a great athlete without a true position. Now this and you see where I am going ....
