All in all I have to give the Tigers a 9 on the regular season. Considering no HB7, top receiver skipping off to NFL early along w top defensive back Mo going pro and no experience in SEC at QB I would say we did quite well.
LSU played one of the toughest schedules in the country to boot and we still came up only "one defensive stop" short of possible repeat trip to BCS national championship game. The Tigers won many of their games this season ugly but they still pulled out 10 wins and our 2 losses were against the end of season #2 and #3 ranked teams. Very impressive indeed. Looking forward to bowl game and 2013 season. Geaux Tigers!

I would give this season an 8-9 also. Very happy with 10-2 given the players we lost, and playing the 2nd most freshman in the country.

considering all the obstacles, I'll give a soft 9 as well. Lost Mathieu, Claiborne, Reid, Brooks, Brandon taylor, RR, and all the injuries to offensive linemen and linebackers, with an academic suspension here and there.

6-7

having only 2 losses with our schedule this year was not some crazy accomplishment. we lost 2 out of our 3 hardest games

8. A lot to overcome with injuries and suspensions. Getting shafted in Bowl selection and losing Bama game keep it from a 9. Overall very successful season.

High 7. 11 wins would have broke 8, 12 would have been 9, BCSNCG would have been 10

7 to 7.5

Below expectations but there were some injuries and the depth wasn't what we thought it should have been. Lost a game we should have won, and played some closer that we should have blown out.

Average.

5 to 6 to me.

The loss to Florida killed the season. I don't think anyone expected us to beat Bama after shitting the bed on 1-9-12.

Couple that with the lackluster play early in the season against far inferior opponents and the season didn't have a special feel to it at all.

I do rank the experience inside Tiger Stadium against Bama a 20 on the 1 to 10 scale though. That night was amazing and one that I will never forget.

I'd say a strong 8. I am pleased with the season as a whole. I sure didn't think we'd win this many games.

If you are in The Chic Fila A Bowl you didn't have a good season, no excuses.
