Rate Les Miles' head coaching ability

His entire job not just game day. Although score him there as well and be prepared to compare him to anyone not named Saban. It won't take long to call roll I assure u.

Game Prep... F
- Doesn't change his game plan week to week to accommodate teams weaknesses
Mid Game Adjustments... F
- We all know he doesn't make in-game adjustments

- Run, run, pass kick. Falls into the past two.

He's a good head coach in many respects except he's loyal to a fault, incredibly hard headed and resistant to change, and cannot develop the most important position on the field. He's really nice so we should give him a raise.

For the record, I still think its time to move on. But Les Miles is not as bad as some on here say.

as far as his "x's an o's" ability, he should probably be bagging groceries at Whole Foods or something...
he still around because the players will go to bat for him and he recruits well... other than that, IMO, he has zero value...

I was not on the keep Les team but I'm ok with it today, hope he lets go of the offense and let the OC do his job whoever that will be. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!
