If we win out and go to the sugar bowl, it would go down as being one of the best 4 seasons of miles tenure ( his 2 natty appearences and 06 sugar bowl appearence are his 3 best finishes). Why is every one freaking out prematurely. Theres over 120 teams in the country that would love to trade places with us. Weve become a spoiled fan base

Downvote because you are supposed to be on the fire Les bandwagon like the rest of the ranters who finally appeared after the first loss.

And you have become complacent and accepted the fact that Miles will continue to underachieve.

The point is that we shouldn't be a team that has to pray for a bunch of shite to fall our way to get in the sugar bowl.

LSU has top 5 talent and top 25 coaching.

The pair of Sugar Bowls in the mid 80's were great, but expectations are different these days.

What does the Sugar Bowl mean now, in light of the playoff?

Absolutely, couldn't agree more. I find it humorous that if you watch an unranked VA Tech team play to a full house, that stays for the whole game, but then there's the Tiger fans.

Calling them fans is an overstatement. They just run the parking lot to post on the rant.

If we win this weekend, and that's a big if, then we'll worry about the Sugar Bowl. Right now we're on pace for the Weedwacker Bowl in Shreveport.

Anyone that can watch this undisciplined joke of an offense being put on the field yearly and expect anything to change under him next year are delusional. It's possible that even our defense will regress even further under Steele.

It's the way LSU loses and the lack of player development that frustrates the fan base; not his record.

9-2 this year would be a great record if the losses were to Bama and Florida who are in the top 10 but LSU lost to 5-4 Arkansas again.

That is on the coach and his assistants.

As evidenced by all of the players on NFL rosters....

So you would trade the win over top 10 florida with a loss but have beat arkansas imstead? That makes zero frickin sense.

After the last two weeks do you really believe this team has what it takes to win out? I would love to see it happen but this team has some serious issues right now. I will gladly eat crow if Miles rights the ship.
