Regarding speed, EVERYONE runs slower in pads. Including everyone on the field with Quinn.
He will still be faster than the rest of them, by (mostly) the same difference if they were not wearing pads.

lol, I don't know if I would look at it like that. It is a compliment. There's also the argument that Quinn could perform better in a game, because sprinting in training is much different that performance on the field on gameday. You could very well witness better times in a game.
