Questioning the Kelly hire

For those who keep thinking Brian Kelly hire is not good.
Keep in mind about the last 3 LSU coaches.
One was an ok coach at Michigan State
One was an ok coach at Okie State
One was a failed coach at Old Piss and average interim coach at USC
All won a title at LSU
Woodward bringing in a coach that has played in BCS playoffs and current team #6, while recruiting elite talent with it's academic qualifications.
Imagine what he can do at LSU with it's resources, no academic restrictions, no cold weather, and SEC conference?
He is keeping Raymond and Faulk
Give it a chance.

I think people are thrown off because it came out of left field. BK will be given a chance.

This is my thought -- I never expected any school to go after BK because coaches just don't leave there willingly.
This hire is bigger than Riley honestly.

Don't worry 90% of the Board has given the approval stamp. a Except for the 10% that knows he won't be a good fit and yes he is a decent coach and has good skills as a head coach. I took some licks for my thoughts but we all have our opinion as the way it should be.

He may win multiple titles or he may tank. He has the bona fides. That's all you can go by. Now we wait.

I just watched about 1 hour of videos on Coach Kelly,
first impressions, solid human being...
keeps it simple, talks a lot about development, process, and that's how he measures success
said his "why" is the players and seeing them become they best they can be...
he doesn't get caught up in wins...
he admits he wants to be a National Champion...
seems like a humble guy to me with sense of humor...

is friends with Bill Bellichek! talks to him frequently...

I am excited

Would be funny if ND makes it into the playoffs and wins a natty. And then he comes to LSU.
