I live in Columbia and my 4 tix to the game arrived yesterday. Hooray.
Can't make it to BR for the game. Who do I contact?

Contact the source of the tickets. If you bought them from Stubhub or some other retailer, they will issue the refund. If you bought them from an individual, contact that individual.

Sell them. You will probably get a refund on top of that.
