1) Bama DESERVES to be in this game.

2) Yes. I believe LSU is better. It is not by much. Either team can win this game. I expect LSU to do it.

3) I do not understand the vitriol toward Bama. It is a program worthy of respect. The players on BOTH teams respect the hell out of one another.

I look forward to a great game. I prefer to have games where I am a bundle of nerves leading up to it. There is no reason to care about I game I believe my favorite team can't lose.

1-Two interceptions by a qb that may not see the field this time.
2-Emergence since then of K. Hilliard, a dynamic rb
3-We established late in the game we have an advantage in speed on the edge.
4-TR got his yards, but did not figure in creating a win. TR is your entire offense
5-Any "awe" felt for UA has been throughly dispelled
6-Two convincing victories coming from behind since last game was played

You Alabama fans are an embarrassment to Bear Bryant. So many tide fans focus on statistics from the first game. Bear Bryant use to say statistics are for losers. The Alabama fan base has changed, they never use to make excuses.

Technically, Bama went into the endzone on the pick 6, however, a self-inflicted penalty nullified the score.
Technically, you would've never been in the endzone if your players wouldn't have block 2 LSU players in the back. See how that works?

I'm not really convinced either way, but the first game was only decided by a FG in OT and like it or not, a lot of folks seem to think Bama had the better team that day...Please, enlighten me

We played poorly, particularly on offense, had several gaffes in pass coverate (especially TR out of the backfield - but others), and still won in Tuscaloosa. I'm confident our team was better and is better. The beauty of it is - we're going to get to see how much better on January 9th.

Don't lose at home and expect the same.

Do I believe that Bama is a better team than Okie State, sure I do, but I still don't think that they deserve to be in the BCSCG.

Okie State lost on the road, in 2 OT, the day after their school was rocked by a major tragedy. They slipped up once, but they got their shite together and beat the holy hell out of OU, while Bama didn't even win their division of the SEC, much less the conference title.

Bama won out... We lost to a team we were "supposed" to lose too.

Guys,

I'd like to begin by saying that LSU is my second favorite SEC school. I enjoy your team's playing style and think you have an excellent fanbase. However, do you guys honestly think you have the better team? I'm not really convinced either way, but the first game was only decided by a FG in OT and like it or not, a lot of folks seem to think Bama had the better team that day...Please, enlighten me

I have no idea how LSU even got into this game with Bama. LSU doesnt have any quality loses! Not even one.

Seriously, If you do like the tigers and watch our games you realize the Tigers often win ugly. That just Les Miles's Style of play. This year alone LSU has won the game but lost the overall offensive stat war in four games! I dont care to look back at the whole time Les has been here, but I assure you LSU has numerous wins on the score board with less offensive stats. Bama is only one of a large number of teams LSU has beat in this manner! I look for this game to be another tight game. Les Miles has a way of winning big games.

ummm...the BCS has a formula. Bama ranked #2 in THAT formula. Therefore, it is not even debatable....Bama DESERVES to play in the game.

YOU may have "voted" for OSu, were you given the chance. But, that is an entirely different thing from 'they don't deserve to be in the game'.

LSU simply is a stronger team with more depth and play makers. The Tigers championship run was set with their preparation for the Oregon game and knowing the ranked road schedule they would face in September and later at Alabama. It's been a perfect storm combing the perfect schedule with excellent coaches and players. The test for Bama is if they can catch up in 5 weeks to a team who has been preparing for and playing a much stronger schedule since Spring. There is also that "Sense of Entitlement" thing that Bama struggles with that gives LSU another edge.

Did Bama win the 2010 Iron bowl because AU spotted you 24 points? No a loss is a loss! Why is this one so hard to admit? Its really disturbing to see a fan-base is such denial. 9- 6
