Every program there are ebbs and flows. The baseball team had to replace a lot. Not sure why many don't realize that.

What do you mean by "present"? We just went to Omaha last season. I'd say we're doing fine.

Exactly. We were national contenders in both sports when he arrived.

I realize that when it comes to the offense. What's the excuse when it comes to the pitching?

Zero excuse there but that is a Dunn issue. I don't judge an AD by his ability to coach college pitching.

So you're making your total assessment on the baseball team based on this season....and not the complete season.

he pretty much has the same coaches. ok, basketball is new. I don't think football and baseball have regressed since his arrival and basketball has been bad since his arrival.

it's hard to admit for some folks; football in the SEC west is the hardest in the country. miles has had it tough lately because of qb issues and because chavis let the cupboard go bare as far as the front 7 goes. it appears these issues have been fixed. and we sure don't have another skip bertman. our present baseball coach is one of the best in the country (on an overall basis) but there are others just as good and it is a much more competitive sport these days.

The season is 75% over. I think it's fair to say that pitching has shite the bed thus far this year compared to last, don't you agree?

I wouldn't really say basketball. Basketball was already on rock bottom when Alleva was first here.

Sure but that's not the question. It's an assessment on the baseball program since JA arrived. I think you've got much too narrow of a view.

i'd say all sports have

football we've been trending in the 3-4 losses per year, so we're still consistent there lol
