Quarterman thinks he's Ben Simmons

Takes way too many threes 2 to 3 seconds into the shot clock,forces too much,he does not let the game come to him. Simmons should touch the ball on every possession, Quarterman does have skills, but you have the number one pick on your team he should not take a shot until after Simmons at least touches the ball once

Yeh well TQ isn't the first pick in the draft. Simmons needs to step up one game this year. Make free throws not make stupid fricking passes when he has a fricking layup.

i hammer him every game and my buddies make fun of me. i hate the way he plays... takes too many quick shots, tries to run the offense through himself by running around like an idiot playing city league basketball. he doesn't run anything other than himself and if he doesn't make his first couple of shots he is basically done the rest of the game.... except for jumping up and slapping the damn backboard for no reason.
meanwhile patterson plays 3 min a game... hornsby makes his first 2 3s and doesn't get a shot again until the second half. they were running an offense in the first part of the game.... then he thought he needed to take over the game and miss layups and taking step back 3s.

He has put us in more bad situations than good this year, the play when we had like two minutes left to go Quarterman came down and shot a three beyond NBA range with 2 to 3 seconds into the shot clock his basketball IQ is terrible

By far the worst was when Edwards hit the 3 to put bama up.
TQ races down court and I knew exactly what was going to happen. He never even tried to avoid running straight over the guy. I have no idea what was going through his mind.

I am noticing that a lot of times when we are in the crucial parts of a game and TQ is in the game, he thinks he is MJ and tries to take over the game. This typically ends very badly for the team. BS needs to NUT up and demand that ball and go make a frickin play!

Not one person in this thread has mentioned his defense. Tim Quarterman is without a doubt the worst defender in the SEC. Everyone just assumes that he good on defense because of his length. It cannot be further from the truth.
He ball watches when he defending off ball. When he defending on ball he gets beat off of the dribble almost every single time.
