We allowed that 7 yard return when we missed a tackle vs Kentucky.

Otherwise, we would have allowed -1 yards in punt returns this season.

And somehow Wing isn't even nominated for Best Punter??? Pretty embarrassing. He is probably going to be the first punter ever to declare early for the draft!

Glad to see Arkansas bringing up the rear at #114 - of course Georgia is only 2 spots better at 112.

West VA returned a punt 16 yards tonight...so the previous leader SouthFLA will drop. So LSU will only be behind Louisville for fewest yards given up on punt rest in nation...

Not enough credit can be given to the role our special teams has played this year. I can honestly say without out stellar spt play, we may have 2 losses.

BTW, I'm getting 5.04 inches returned per punt. 42 punts, 6 yards is .14, 36 inches in a yard, 5.04 inches. Why penalize him and only divide by 13?

Returned Punts 13 for 6 yards=.46 yards per punt returned, which equals 16.56 inches.
