Also, what would be considered storming the field? What percentage of fans or would it equate to just 1 person jumping onto the field? It would need to be a very objective number.

Agreed.

Otherwise, you might have opposing fans "rushing the field" in a effort to get another home game. Imagine a scenario where Tennessee beats Alabama in Tuscaloosa this season. 50 UT fans rush the field after the win. Does Alabama lose a home game?

It’s lose, not loose.

I can’t get past this to comment on the post.

Maybe the SeC wants to pay for the added security first?

They are covering for Bama once again. Bama had a thug push two fans that ran by him, one being a girl, so the SEC is placing the blame on the students who are only doing what has been done since the beginning of college football.

Maybe if things weren't as loose, teams could still rush the field and not lose anything

What?

He just read the thread title and assumed it meant that the team whose fans rush the field will forfeit that game.

I got it.
When you are the visitors and lose a big away game...storm the field. If you start a good Ole fashioned field storming you just got your team a extra home game lol

That would be an all time sabotage, to have a bunch students from the opposing school wear Alabama gear and storm the field there at Bryant Denny Stadium
