Houston is for all intents and purposes our "home" game... When weather threatens a game with a powerhouse and a team who is getting money to play them, no one ever moves a game to the stadium of the buy a win team

All internet and purposes don't mean shite.

Whether LSU had more fans or not this is a neutral site game so neither team is the buy a win team.

Who cares? Are you saying that LSU should never travel to play other teams just because of elevation change?

Do any of you realize that if the game is moved to LSU then BYU has to come *down* to play in the thick air and will have to acclimate?

I've never heard a more whiny bunch of people in my life.

I live in Colorado. While it is true that altitude can affect you, the effects take 12 to 24 hours to kick in. Boulder and Denver are home to many world-class cycling/running/triathlon races. The pros from out of state/country usually fly in same day as the race. They get the race done before oxygen deprivation sets in.

The team could fly in Saturday morning and be done with the game before feeling any of the effects.

I bet you thought Wisconsin in Green Bay was a "neutral" site too

That's the same thing I was thinking. Maybe the altitude of Provo would affect the LSU team to a degree, but the hot humid weather of Baton Rough would affect some of the BYU players as well.

And before anyone chimes in with "the humidity isn't bad" horseshite, I'll add this, I live in the Pacific Northwest and work outdoors, and in the summer months when the humidity starts to rise, it knocks the shite out of me. I hate humid weather. I know I'm not a college age athlete and some on here will say that the BYU players shouldn't be affected by it, but the other side of that coin is, the LSU players shouldn't be affected by the thinner air of Utah for a couple of hours.

I moved to Colorado from Louisiana and lived there 10 years then moved to sea level in Southeast Asia for 6 years and back to Colorado for 2 years before returning to Louisiana last year. If you think that altitude doesn't affect athletes then you are just ignorant.

Living in Utah I would love to see the Tigers come crush BYU.

The altitude would play a large roll. They would need to get I, town early. Hope it happens just so we can go, but I assume it will be played in NOLA
