4.5 to the Number 1 team in the country ain't half bad. (Even at home) Vegas apparently thinks we have a shot. I gotta say...our record isn't great, but I'm more excited about this team than any in recent memory. If they gel and play together, sky is the limit. Who will out "athlete" us? Nobody. And if these athletes play as a team, they will wreck shite. I'm all in.

A win moves us from on the bubble to off in the tourney.
A loss still helps because they have a great RPI which will boost our RPI.

Simmons needs to elevate his game today to the next level. No doubt he has talent, he needs to put the team on his back and take over. I think the killer instinct, the ability to dominate and take over a game is the one thing he lacks at this point.

I do think he has tried to take over a handful of games this year with mixed results. On the positive side N. Fla and Vandy, not so great A&M and Florida a bit of a wash with 28 points but 8 turnovers.
But taking over the game does not have to mean being selfish. 20 points with a good FG%, limited turnovers, double digit boards and 6-7 assists would be the type of dominant performance that would work just fine.
