I bet the cars are leases and in other people's names.

They probably do it that way so paperwork won't point to the kid.

If thoroughly investigated, even if boosters lease the cars in their name, if 100% of those leases go to UA football players, then that would be considered a gift and an aggressively high $$$$ gift - which I'm sure is a NCAA violation

Is it illegal for any wealthy person not affiliated with the school to buy/gift another person who plays football for Bama a vehicle?

It's pretty blatant but if y'all think Doesn't know what they're doing and actually left loose ends, you're going to have a bad time.

Wow! Baylor players gang raping coeds. Bama players driving around in fancy cars. Sure happy (tonque-in-cheek)to know we have a vigilant NCAA. Oh wait a minute I forget! NCAA officials are too busy dining with NFL team owners to care about doing their job.

Even if considered a "gift" wouldn't the players be responsible for taxes on "gifts"?

Someone has never seen the rides some LSU players drive either

don't know why everyone is so shocked - this shite goes on at all big-time football schools. I personally witnessed it at LSU back in the 80's. Not saying it's right, just that it goes on everywhere.

I could probably just google an answer but wonder if these kids on full scholarships can still get student loans. If so, that could be how they pay for this stuff. It's almost too blatant to be illegal.
