Finebaum actually said something reasonable.

Buy them out, and let these two play each other, and let LSU vs Florida occur on 11/19.

This needs to happen.

Screw Sankey and Foley.

While losing a home game, 3-5 mil in gate money, AND pay the buyout for the game contract. NBD

We should refuse to play them on 11/19. Move the sec champ to a week later.

Who the frick is going to pay LSU for their lost home game? Is LSU just supposed to eat that lost revenue?

If I'm LSU, the ONLY way I would agree to it is if the SEC, UF, or a combination of both would agree to compensate LSU the money they had to pay to buy out S. Alabama AND the revenue lost from not being able to play a home game.

No. Move Fla / Ga up a week. They both have a bye. Then play LSU Fla on the 29th

Are you mental? How is this freaking reasonable?

LSU will lose millions on a home game. Will the SEC cut a check to LSU for the revenue lost? The SEC can go to hell

frick that and frick Sankey. Florida didn't want to be on the road three weeks in a row so passed on playing in BR but were supposed to be on the road 3 in a row?! frick that noise. Under no God damned circumstance should LSU agree to this.
