That's what I say.

Not worried about the offense, but not sure if Chavis can improve the defense enough in that short a time frame.

And, what's all this BS I hear from Miles about using a "Drop" linebacker in lieu of a fifth defensive back. Hey coach, just call Ole Lou and he'll give you and Chavis all the information yall will ever need on drop linebackers. Chad Jones get ready..........

Agreed, Rocket; still some issues from last season will linger into this season. 2-3 losses looks like a good prediction to me. That means the Rant will have 2-3 meltdowns this coming season and about 200-300 threads wondering why we keep Big Les around.

I'd say 10-2 or 9-3...the qb situation is still unknown as is the entire defense...

Hopefully, this past season left them a little pissed off and they have a chip on their shoulder.

Big Les will make that chip on their shoulder and turn this into a damn strong football team!

call me crazy i think we beat florida at home another close game.. i think we beat bama on the road but i think we will lose to UGA in athens 2 recievers at 6'4 and up.... everybody back on defense and that offensive line SHOULD be all healthy this ....i say we take an L ... also watch out for the opening game against Washington... we will win this one but i say its going to be an ugly game

Florida allowed just 12.93 points/game last season and they return just about everybody on defense.

We'd have to have superb QB play to beat Florida.

Do they have anyone that can actually throw the ball to them??? Last year, we had a ton of talent at WR, but we had a QB that was too busy playing catch and run with the other team's secondary. QB play is HUGE in the SEC. I do agree that we beat UF in a close night game at home, but I really think we head to Athens and beat UGAly.

IMO, we lose at Ole Piss and possibly to either Bama or at home vs. Arky.

The thing about UGA is that they've been getting worse and worse on defense since VanGorder left.

Martinez is on the hot seat. I'm not sure he's the guy to turn their defense around. If UGA is weak on defense again this upcoming season, Richt may be forced to can him.
