The Saturday night in tiger stadium deal has been a myth for long time. Most night games are against non-conference teams anyway.

Moustache, I really think you are being generous. You really think we can beat Florida at the swamp when we will be coming off what I think will be an embarrassing loss at Auburn ? and then Kentucky is plaing a lot better? I hat to be so negative but when you get dominated on both lines of scrimmage like we did last night, it's hard to see a silver lining in the dark clouds.

Sorry man but this same ole excuse gets old. Bama has new talent every year. Ole Miss does now too. At some point in time we have to just realize we've been damn lucky for many years now. Won on talent and the big play. But our O lines and D lines haven't been dominant since...well really they weren't dominant in'11 so I'll say '07 and before. It all starts up front on both sides. We can have all the "Adrian Pererson" backs in the world but if they have no blocks it won't matter. We can have the best DB's in the world but they will eventually get beat and miss tackles IF the front and ML don't plug some holes and get pressure on the QB.

NMSU-win
Auburn-loss
Florida-win
Kentucky-win
Ole miss-win
Alabama-loss
Arkansas-win
A&m-loss

8-4.........some lower level bowl with a win against some average team to get everyone's hopes up for next year and alow everyone to gloat about us winning 9 games.

Next year, about the same.

Last week I stated that we could win against any of the 8 SEC teams we play, or lose to any of them. Some more likely than others. Also figured we would end up 5-3 in conference. Didn't predict the individual game results.
My main concerns were the DL and specifically the DTs, and the OL. I've been worried about the DTs since this summer and the OL after watching the first 3 games.

Last night did nothing to alleviate my fears. I may have been overly optimistic. State whipped us as bad as I have seen for at least 5 years physically.

0-3 against the Missy schools and 0-4 against Bama since 2011 should get him fired. When was the last time we got beat back to back by Ole Miss?

I believe that was 08-09 when Nutt was coaching them Rebs....

I am being very generous. I honestly believe we have a 50% shot at going 4-8.

Its going to be tough to get to 6-6 unless major changes are made between now and the Auburn game.

For the future? We only need:

6-8 new DL
6-8 new OL
2-3 LBs - bigger ones than we have now.
2-3 QBs

OL Coach looks like a problem.
I am not sold on the DBs coach - Martin is lost
Is Chavis going to want to hang around and do a rebuild?

We are only a couple good recruiting classes away.....

Dude...wake up. This ain't good! How do you not see that? We haven't beaten any body decent this year. Wisconsins D is not great. They have no QB and we never stopped their running game. Their coach was just dumb. MSU does NOT have a good defense.

Exactly. The last Oline recruits to be dominant for us were Saban boys.

Is it? Looking at the other west teams, they all are better than us on OL and DL. ALL of them. Which means we will lose to all of them in all likelihood.

The only chance we have is beating the two East teams. UF sucks, but they're on the road, so it's a toss up. UK is vastly improved. 4-8 is possible if this team falls apart or if Miles rides with AJ all year like he did Jefferson.

After last night, I'm not paying to go to a game the rest of this year. That was just sad. Feel sorry for the players. Hate Les Miles.

Poor QB play is finally catching up with Les. Having the 6th/7th best QB in the division is a problem. It's no more complicated than that.

Yep. I'm not saying we fire Les now. I'm saying he's a stubborn $&@! That needs to change his shite up philosophically. Recruit better O line. How are we missing out on these guys? We will never have Saban and that's fine. He's the best. We had him for awhile and it was great. But Les has to change or else he will be fired in a couple years. This has been a long time coming really.

6-8 new DL

Nah, only about 2 would do. The guys we have can be serviceable upper classmen back ups.

6-8 new OL

We'll have to wait and see how the new ones do. (Clapp, brumfield, Dodd, Boutte)

2-3 LBs - bigger ones than we have now.

Agreed. Gotta love the 200 lb linebacker. Ridiculous.

2-3 QBs

Harris can be good. BUT, we need another QB or 2. I love how Bama and TAMU can have QBs who wait their turn, but we end up with a walk on at 3rd string and fricking NOBODY in the '15 class at QB.

Coaches need to go. We need a new OL coach, a new defensive staff entirely, and we need to give Cameron 1 more year to get his shite straight.

Well, even a great QB would give us struggles with as bad as our OL is. Our DL is 2013 TAMU bad. We've got QB, OL, and DL problems. The most important position on the field. frick us. It's almost like cheering for the Tigers is like cheering for Les, which is bad for the long run.
