Predicted start times for November games

Nov 7 at Alabama 7pm CBS
Nov 14 Arkansas 6pm ESPN (CBS doubleheader, CBS No.1 pick, ESPN No. 2)
Nov 21 at Ole Miss 2:30pm CBS
Nov 28 Texas A&M 6pm ESPN
There's little to no chance the Alabama game doesn't end up being a 7pm kickoff on CBS in Week 10. It's becoming a tradition, and with an undefeated LSU going to Tuscaloosa against a one-loss Bama, the 7pm CBS kickoff is a virtual lock.
The Arkansas game in Week 11 could get picked up by CBS, but it's doubtful because CBS would rather have LSU in Week 12. Look for CBS to pick up Bama vs Miss State or Auburn vs Georgia.
In Week 12, LSU is a virtual lock for a 2:30 CBS showdown against Ole Miss. Several SEC teams are playing non-conference teams in Week 12. The three other SEC match-ups that week include Tennessee vs Missouri, Miss State vs Arkansas, and A&M-Vanderbilt. Assuming Ole Miss is still ranked going into Week 12, this would be the only SEC matchup featuring two ranked teams.
In Week 13, you would have to figure CBS choosing between the Iron Bowl and LSU-A&M. If LSU is undefeated and is playing a one-loss A&M team for the right to go to Atlanta, you would have to assume CBS will go with this matchup. If Bama beats LSU and needs a win against Auburn to punch their ticket to Atlanta, look for CBS to pick up the Iron Bowl. If A&M loses another game, which I'm assuming they will, CBS may go with the Iron Bowl, even if Bama doesn't control their own destiny. CBS really wants to go back to Auburn, as this is the first Iron Bowl in Auburn since the 2013 "Greatest finish in football history." If LSU vs A&M is the virtual SEC West Championship Game, I think CBS would have no choice but to make the Tigers-Aggies matchup a 2:30 kick.

Arkansas will probably be on CBS. Its the same weekend of the 11:00am / 2:30 double header

Man I hope you're right about the Bama kick. I'm going to be on a plane during the afternoon game. I've been concerned because I thought that the afternoon time slot was actually considered the top slot vs. the night game.

I'm not totally sure, but aren't the double headers CBS gets first pick then ESPN gets a pick or two and then back to CBS. I thought it wasn't like CBS gets the top 2 picks.

I know CBS loves the Iron Bowl, although they didn't show it last year because they'd shown Bama too much already. If our game with A&M is winner-take-all for the West, and it very well could be if A&M beats Ole Miss, I think CBS would opt to take our game over an Iron Bowl that wouldn't mean anything in the West race. If Bama is still involved in the race or we've locked up the West going in, then yeah, they're probably going with the Iron Bowl.
I'd say Bama is a lock for 7:00 and Ole Miss is a lock for 2:30 on CBS already (Ole Miss based on a lack of other good options).

LSU/Ole Miss will absolutely be the CBS game.

I really hope the Arkansas game is a night game, have family coming for that with the RV. Will be fun either way but kind of odd to interrupt tailgating with the game and then go back to tailgating. lol

Since the UF/FSU game is @ UF can CBS take that game? Or is that going to be an ESPN/ABC game?

What's the maximum number of times one team can get the CBS slot?
We've had it once for the AU game, and the Bama game is a lock.
If we beat Bama and are #1 in the CFP poll going forward, I imagine CBS will grab us for Ole Miss and A&M no matter what. They love the Iron Bowl, but they love #1 teams with CFP potential down the stretch more. If Bama has two losses and given AU's terrible season, neither would be a CFP contender anymore, and I'd imagine they will skip the Iron Bowl and pick LSU instead. They may choose the Arkansas game as well if the limit of CBS games for one team is more than 4.

CBS certainly could pick up that game, but I think that matchup takes a backseat to Bama-Auburn and A&M-LSU (as it stands now).

5 times is the limit for one team, I believe. It came into play last year when CBS couldn't take the Iron Bowl because they'd already hit the limit with Bama, they went with the Egg Bowl instead.

I'm not sure if there is a maximum number. LSU was on CBS seven times in 2007, a record number of appearances in a single season at the time. LSU was aired on CBS six times in 2011.
I do know that CBS wouldn't want to air the same team four weeks in a row.

You guys have to remember that the LSU/aTm game could very well decide the West.
if we are 10-0 and they are 10-1, it will undoubtedly be the CBS game, even over the Iron Bowl.

They would if we're the #1 team in the country with the Heisman trophy frontrunner.
And we were on CBS four games in a row in 2011. Not four weeks, though, as we had a bye before the Alabama game.
