the cap one prefers teams from the east

This would be false. They generally pick the best team after the BCS teams.

So far this decade (2000-2008 seasons) 5 SEC West teams have played in it compared to 4 SEC East teams.

And Wisconsin?

Wisconsin is much more attractive than Iowa for a bowl

Not really. PSU has a tradition that LSU can match. That would be a great ratings boost.

Yes, and I've seen SEC officiating as well.

The fact they're way more attractive of a pick than Iowa? Iowa is nothing in the middle of nowhere nobody cares about.

Wisconsin is actually a big football state.

Pretty sure they are only trying to protect Bama/UF SECCG which is mission accomplished at this point.

the state of Iowa has 2 BCS teams and a well-respected 1-AA team

is there another BCS team in wisconsin other than UW?

Compared to IOWA? Yes...by far

Wisconsin is no OSU/UM/PSU but they are at least right after those 3.

Iowa State is a glorified IAA team.

And this has nothing to do with Iowa v. Wisconsin (the teams themselves)

Iowa State sucks, what was your point there? They are a bottom feeder that has never been good in the existence of their program. You know how many 10+ win seasons they have had in their entire history? 0

I'm doubting you've ever stepped foot in Wisconsin or Iowa. Your points make no sense.

I have. I am from Big Ten country!! Iowa and Wisconsin both SUCK as matchups for LSU!!!! BORING would be the word I am looking for. Now Wisc has had a nice season. But to say They are a top football country deal is just plain wrong.
