. I really hope we can somehow sneak into a NY6 bowl to play a big time opponent.

This board is amazing. Two weeks ago everyone, myself included, was worried we might not make a bowl game. Now, after 1 good game, we are NY6 worthy. Bowling this year, the way things have gone, is enough.

Winning brings expectations of more winning.

Uh, even though the sugar bowl is a playoff game, the top SEC team that's not in the playoff still gets an automatic berth in a NY6 bowl.

So...LSU would have to finish better than UGA, which I don't see happening.

Edit: Or if something really crazy happens, they'd potentially have to finish ahead of both UGA and Bama.

But...the way I'm reading it, the bowl games don't necessarily work like that. Though, I'm sure a highly ranked SEC team would get picked for one of the other NY6 bowls, but there is no guarantee without the tie-in.

Don't act like LSU vs FSU in the first Walk On's Indy bowl in Shreveport wouldn't be fun.
