When I think of people proposing at a tailgate prior to a game, I think hillbilly. In my head I picture a Bama or Arkansas fan doing something like that and we laugh about how redneck it is.

Women get all dramatic about these things, but I would ask her alone. Then you won't wonder if she said yes only because you put her on the spot in front of all those people.

Marriage proposal at a Tiger tailgate? I've never heard of anything so romantic in my life. It would be cool if she said no just for laughs then accepted a few minutes later.
