The stats do not back that all.

Last year was our best year offensively under PM but they showed their true colors in the World Series.

So, two games were our "true colors". God, you're completely fricking clueless, and miserable to boot.

You can always tell you are winning an argument when someone tries to insult you personally.
Have a good day. Back to work for me.

Calling you clueless isn't a personal attack FWIW. It's stating a fact.

Because you realize you were spewing bullshite and have quite literally nothing to back up said bullshite. Classic move.

Give me stats for other years under PM compared to the other power programs.
You don't know how to go to the SEC's website and look up stats? Is that your main problem? Or, are you just lazy?

UCLA won the CWS last year and batted .250. LSU as a team batted .305 last season which was 2nd in the SEC.

Wrong again, dummy. LSU batted .315 in 2009 & .319 in 2010.

You're embarrassing yourself showing your complete ignorance of LSU baseball.

I think it has a ton to do with the bats, coupled with a strange slump that all the hitters seem to be in right now (save a few). Usually one or two players slump, but I have never seen it happen all at once like this. I still think it is very early to write this team off though. This team is very talented and will probably get hot like they usually do as the the season progresses. That being said, I do think that LSU could hire a better hitting coach than what we currently have. Is Javi the worst hitting coach ever, no, but that doesn't mean that there isn't a better coach out there. When you are LSU, you should always strive to hire the best coaches, period. If some of you think Javi is that guy, then I got something to sell you.

I have. Most recently it happened last year on June 16 and June 18.

True, but it very seldom happens to an entire team. It's just a slump. This team is loaded with talent and it's only a matter of time before they start hitting again. Hell, it could happen this weekend.

LSU finished either 1st or 2nd in almost every hitting statistical category in the SEC last season, including batting average, runs scored and runs batted in. Was that "sub-par"?

I am not a coach and have no aspirations of being one however it seems to me if LSU would play a more stringent pre-season schedule (don't necessarily worry about the record) they would be a bit more prepared for the SEC schedule. I suppose a weaker schedule does make it a bit easier to play more players at different positions.

With that being said it kind of hard to argue with the success of recent years.

Dude you seem to spend way to much time on this forum. Perhaps if you had a more balanced life people like me wouldn't be able to jerk your chain and make you spew so much of that hate you carry inside
