Players Leaving the Program and Scholarship Questions

We've seen some confirmed departures from the program already this offseason. Some players have left for Southeastern, Eastern Mississippi CC, etc.

Some however I haven't seen confirmed, or just heard rumors/speculation.

Do y'all know specifics on the following players?

Armand Williams- graduated in December, will he no longer be on scholarship at LSU?
Jarrett Fobbs- graduates in May...same deal, will he not return next year?
Justin Maclin- just the above...after graduating, will he return for his RsSr season?
Jonah Austin- seen some rumors about him transferring, but haven't read anything official. He was arguably our top reserve guard this year and played in our jumbo/goal line package. Hope he is staying

I'm pretty sure the WRs are done, just seeing what y'all know. Any insight on the others is appreciated as well

Some other questions:
Bolden does count towards the 85 now, correct?
Kavarah Holmes will be on the team next season, right?
Is it certain that Melvin Jones will move back to linebacker?
Ronnie Feist redshirted this fall after moving back to LB from playing DE last spring (he was behind the curve after moving positions)...does the staff see him as a MLB like his freshman season? Or in the mix on the strong side?
