I thought Sam announced he was staying another year. Also, I don't know that K. Boone transferring is a done deal.

No, I think you are getting ahead of yourself there.
ONLY thing confirmed is Mo and Brockers have declared for the NFL draft and Miller enrolled at Auburn.... so "decommitted" I guess you'd say.
The rest is speculation and rumor... I have not heard anything about J. Gore - but he's a 5th string RB, so if he did, it's understandable, he's probably not going to earn PT at LSU as a RB.

LSU already put out a press release that Gore and Travon Randle were off the team. Boone is gone. He tweeted it himself.
the only 2 that haven't been 100% confirmed are R. Randle and Shepard

We dnt need Boone Shep or Gore... I think OBJ jarvis are definitly better & AJ TD KH are jus as goos a true freshman

We pretty much expected to lose Mo and probably RR. Brockers is a loss and a surprise... but we can work through that with depth and recruiting.
The rest have pretty much all been non-factors --- so them taking themselves off the roster is essentially "normal attrition" I'd say.
This is NOT a major defection and the house is on fire kind of thing.
We have at least 1 "decommit" from OOS each year (as do MOST programs) -- the extra space on the roster actually gives us 2012 and perhaps 2013 recruiting opportunities.
Look at the brightside... when it's all said and done we will finish in the top 10 +/- in recruiting and we'll enter the season in the top 10 as well... we will be one of the favorites to win the SEC West and if we are successful we could well find ourselves with Back to Back SEC Championships and BCS NCG births.... not so shabby.
The "future" is still awfully bright for LSU football.... don't dispair.

I have only read that Mo and Brokers are gone. Somebody wrote Gore will transfer. I expect RR and RS will see things clearly and stay. We will be fine. The ones who leave (not for $) we didn't need anyway. When and times are tough and things don't go your way, the answer isn't to run... you frickin man up and deal with it! If they cut and run, I wouldn't want to depend on him to have my back.

Miller "left" because he was asked to pay his own way for the spring....they ran out of spots for the spring because of several other early enrollers. This is all per Tigerbait. Sorry no link.
