Hooters in Metairie and Fox and Hound in Harahan or the big JP areas to watch. I kind of hate watching games at both places.
Lagers and Jiggers for me when I am doing the bar watching thing. Jiggers works well so I can stumble home if need me.

No doubt about that.
Jiggers used to have some hot bartenders to keep me happy though. Now I just have to settle on being happy sitting at the bar 5 feet from those nice HD 50 inch screen without a bunch of dumbasses walking in front of me.
