Skenes sounds like the Baseball version of Tiger Band Semjase.
I did all kinds of crazy shite, out worked everybody and was driven to make the Drumline the best in the SEC and it was; kind of a Nick Saban type that didn't Frick around with any aspect of what we were doing.
I wasn't very popular but could care less because I got results.

Completely irrelevant but it dawned on me this weekend that I’ve never seen a story or pictures or live shots of Skenes parents. They show most every other prominent players parents during games or pre-game stories. Skenes parents haven’t been spoken of to my knowledge and he is the most prominent of them all.
EDIT to say it doesn’t matter but it’s obvious they did a fantastic job raising that young man.
