My Dad went to that game and said there was a photo of Paul McDonald throwing to the South Endzone. Its important to me because my Dad was in that photo background harassing USC players (calling them West Coast Yankees among other things )

If anyone has anything they can share, or know of a good website where I may find some photos, that would be much appreciated, Google wants to only tell me about 2019 when I search for LSU...
LSU vs USC
Fun fact, Steve Ensminger was one of the QBs for LSU in this game, and John Robinson was the HC for USC at the time.

Nice, yeah I heard Cholly made a big deal out of it too, but apparently we earned USC's respect that night, and put up a helluva fight ha.

The biggest, and most controversial, came on 3rd and 11 when Woodley would scramble for a first down at midfield, pushed out by Jeff Fisher (yes, THAT Jeff Fisher). Aided on the tackle was a helmetless Trojan wearing 34, who came off the bench to make the assist. Seriously, go back to the highlights, you can see it near the two minute mark

There is a lot to unpack here,

This was a special case. Best live sporting event I've ever attended. Very special night in Tiger Stadium.

Isn't that Coach E in the background (walking with head down a bit)?

People talk about how the USC coaches and players remember the game and atmosphere. I say the same for the USC announcers. The telecast you see on YouTube was done for the West coast TV audience and was called by USC announcers. Those West coast TV guys had never seen anything like that. They didn't know what to say. After our first TD, when the guys are running back to the bench, the play by play man goes: "And this Tiger Stadium is up for grabs!"

This game was an eye opening experience for this 16 year old. Unbelievable night in Tiger Stadium.

I prefer ones we win. It was the greatest for as spectators and atmosphere. You could not carry on a normal conversation with the person next to you. Very loud from kickoff till final whistle. Just with 70,000+. It was an experience. Win or lose.

“ They ran behind "a wall of monsters," as LSU senior defensive end John Adams of DeRidder described it. Six of USC's offensive linemen that year — tackles Anthony Munoz, Don Mosebar and Keith Van Horne, guards Brad Budde and Roy Foster and center Bruce Matthews — were drafted in the first round as were White and Allen in the backfield.”

Holy sh!t

You had to be there to know why I’d say it was the best game I’ve ever been to. It’s also the worst I’ve ever felt after a game I’ve been to.

I was there and I do know. No Tiger Stadium game has equaled that atmosphere. That USC team was most talented team to ever play in Tiger Stadium. Like 4 Hall of Famers and 2 Heisman winners.
