So, Les gets 100% blame for ruining QBs, OL play, play-calling, offensive philosophy. But, he gets zero blame for Special Teams play? Based on what O is saying, he's going to hold coaches accountable. If the Special Teams is the same, BDP will have even less duties.

The ideas are pretty simple. Kick it out the fricking endzone on kickoffs, make sure there are 11 people on the field for all ST plays, punt better.
