Ok rantards. Let me cover my basis here. I for one enjoy coach miles, but there is a strong possibility he might not be here at the end of the season (now I appeal to both positigers and negatigers). I have heard things like Will Muschamp and Tommy Tubbs and Mike Leach etc but you never here Pete Carroll's name. The reason you don't is b/c he just took a job in Seattle. Many of you who follow the NFL know there is no loyalty and if he tanks, he could easily be fired after one year. With all the talent in the world in Baton Rouge, could anyone see him throwing his name in the hat for the LSU job?

This is a perfect scheme for Pete Carroll. He dodges allegations at USC, thinks to himself, I will go to the NFL for a couple seasons, there might be a georgia or LSU job open up and I can slip right back into college football, but now, instead of the Pac 10, I can be in the greatest college football conference and surround myself with all the talent in the world.
