I usually don't get too too drunk before games and try to bring a flask or water bottle with some brown water in it. But I mean it's bama I'm 21, and I'm gonna get drunk. What's your perfect intoxicated level for something like this?

What are the odds that "jimbeam" is the first one to answer this question?

blackout, 2 hours before kickoff....flask in pocket. Come to just as the crowd roars and shocks you back into reality, then just ride out the perfection with your pocket flask.

Drink a whiskey drink and piggyback it with a cup of water throughout the day. Stay hydrated, get tipsy, go in raw with a flask on the arse. Buy a big chug sprite, pour half out, replace with flask.

Most LSU fans will probably laugh at me, but I don't drink enough to really feel impaired unless it's something painful like the BCS championship against Bama. I like to be fully aware of the game.

I needed about a shot of whiskey for each half against Ole Miss. That kept me reasonably level. The first one was probably about 15 minutes (on the clock) after the game started, and the second one was late 3rd/early 4th quarter.

Don't know what to tell you about how much/amount, as each of us are different, but my "Drunkeness" level is that of a very pleasant friendly buzz, while being perfectly aware of my surroundings... I get drunk enough to be friendly and happy towards everyone around me, but always quiet and respectful. Oh, and never so drunk (well, past the age of 23 or 24) to not know what the hell is happening on the field of play.....

Drink a few Powerades through out the day. One every 1-1/2- 2 hours if you're starting early.

Ah, the age old question... See for big games like this one and the one before, you will be able to get slightly more drunk and remember most of the game just because you will be focusing on the game more and have some adrenaline going.

If you are ever stumbling around then you have clearly gone too far and should start eating. I try to stay somewhere in the realm of where it starts to be normal that you are talking to people you don't know very well.

3 Bloody Marys before 11
2-3 Beers per hour from 11-4:30 not including games
Then a couple shots at 4:30
Then 2 Liquor drinks.
Walk in the game and grab a sprite and Jambalaya. Never been sick or too drunk at the game. Had some headaches but its usually perfect!

If you're not sneaking a flask in, perfect level is roughy one drink away from being "drunk" that way you can ride out your whiskey buzz through the game. You can get hydrated while sobering up and enjoying the game. Then when it's time to celebrate the W at the after game spot it'll only take you a drink or two to get back prime time ready and you won't be too wasted to enjoy the night.

A good strong buzz. That'll usually wear off by 4th quarter.
