He's not stuck with a binder like Lou Tepper was. If Pelini knows a 3-4 would be better based upon our athletes and the threats of opposing offenses, he will adjust.

I remember when he made Urban Meyer cry in Tiger Stadium and Urban says he had to go back to the drawing board with his offense.

Well you know Pelini has gotta be hungry as hell for a real position and motivated to turn his career around. Kind of a now or never for him if he does come here.
