Paul wasn't teasing. He wasn't happy about it. Kramer's won't be blond. Not sure how u change Hess'. Paul did say at the end maybe he was being a fuddy dudd about it.

Paul didnt seem too happy about jramers hair. Did he really not know that kramer and hess had haircuts by the time they got to the stadium? Pretty hard to believe
