Great response by CPM! I agree wholeheartedly.

"The ones that work"

That's as good a critique of numbskull fans as you'll see.

@DellengerAdv: Mainieri went on to say that the toughest decisions a coach has in the game is when to pull pitchers. #LSU

Was it not obvious when Poche was running out of steam?

Can someone hide the bus keys before he starts running over players.

I see a few things and I'll leave it at that...

He sure does come across as though he thinks he's above any criticism. He's hit a homerun for his apologists who were defending him with the same rhetoric. "I've been doing this longer", "I see them every day"... their favorite cliches.

Second... he uses the Sciambra mistake as a scapegoat. As if one bad decision means he HAS to make another.

Third... yet again he shows he lack of faith in Zardon. Maybe I missed where Danny did something egregious. He was booted from 3B because of 1 bad game. And he was booted from first because PM had to keep Chi in the lineup. Now he's in the "Tyler Moore" doghouse where can't face a pitcher who throws from the same side of the plate even when he does get a chance to play. Poor kid.
